For me this was the beginning of a most enjoyable journey into the books of Robert Harris. I think 'Fatherland' was his first novel. Someone, somewhere, had recommended him to me as a good read. I thank that person, because I am as far along as 'An officer and a spy'. I am reading in release order. Each of his novels has given me great pleasure. they are well written in a most engaging style.
